We only open a mail item and scan the contents if you specifically ask us to do so. Simply click the ‘Scan’ button, on the envelope viewing page, and PhysicalAddress.com will deliver a digital copy (e.g., .pdf; .png; .jpg) of any and all documents enclosed.
