It’s easy to cancel; call us at (844) 888-6364. You can also cancel by emailing or logging into your account, clicking the help link at the top of the page, and creating a support ticket. Make sure you provide your name, physical address, and suite number to expedite the process.

If you have completed the USPS 1583 form, USPS regulations require us to accept your mail for 6 months after you cancel your account. We’d hate to see you leave, but rest assured that will help you through the transition by ensuring that each piece of mail will be scanned and uploaded to your account–all for free. But keep in mind that forwarding requests will incur additional fees.
