First, create an account on PhysicalAddress.com. You can start using your new address right away, but to activate full mail handling, you must complete USPS Form 1583, which gives us permission from the United States Postal Service to manage your mail.
The form must be signed with a notary or at one of our physical locations. If you’re not near a location or outside the U.S., no problem—we’ve partnered with an online notary that supports international clients. After you sign up, we’ll email you a pre-filled 1583 form along with a link to the online notary to make the process fast and easy.
