How do I Sign Up for PhysicalAddress.com?

First, you’ll need to create an account with PhysicalAddress.com. You can use your new address right after you finish the sign up; however, you’ll need to complete USPS Form 1583. This gives us permission from the United States Postal Service to handle your mail. The form will have to be signed at one of our locations or with a notary. We have partnered with an online notary to make this easy if you do not live near one of our locations. After you sign up, we will email you a pre-populated 1583 to help you with this process.
