    PhysicalAddress.com is an online service that virtualizes your physical mail. We offer users a choice of standard and premium addresses, which may be used as a personal or business address. PhysicalAddress.com will scan all envelopes and packages sent to your new address and upload them to your secure online mailbox. In the online mailbox, you may request content scans, forward packages and content, create folders and even filter out unwanted mail.

  • What Mail Does PhysicalAddress.com Accept? Does PhysicalAddress.com Accept Packages?

    We accept all mail that follows USPS regulations. In a nutshell, we do not accept animals, explosives, radioactive materials or ammunition, but we will accept all of your documents, postcards and fan mail. As for packages, no box may weigh more than 80 pounds or measure more than 108 inches in length and width combined.     Most clients will have their mail and packages forwarded to an address of their choosing. We offer competitive commercial prices through USPS, DHL and FedEx. Forwarding fees will be similar to what you would find going directly to USPS, DHL or FedEx – sometimes they'll even be cheaper depending on the delivery method selected. Our goal is to keep shipping costs at or below what you would get at those carriers.


    Local clients may schedule pick-ups at one of our locations. Currently, our Las Vegas location is the only location where you can schedule to pick up mail or packages.

  • How Do I Address My Mail?

    After you sign up with PhysicalAddress.com, you will be given your own address with which to use at your leisure. For example: If you want all of your pen pal letters sent to PhysicalAddress.com, all you need to do is notify your pen pal of your new address and PhysicalAddress.com will upload all incoming letters to your secure inbox.

  • What Is The Multi-User Admin?

    The Multi-User Admin allows an admin to create multiple profiles with varying degrees of access to a PhysicalAddress.com account. For example, you could give a Sales team access to a folder containing mail for the sales department, but restrict them from accessing the billing area and other folders. The Multi-User Admin is available on the Plan 200, Plan 300 and Plan 600.

  • What If I Need A Hard Copy Of My Mail?

    If you need a hard copy, you can request a content scan of the mail and then print it or you can forward the original mail item to an address of your choosing. Shipping fees will apply.

  • Will PhysicalAddress.com Open And Scan My Mail Automatically?

    No, we will not open your mail unless you ask us to do so. PhysicalAddress.com will only scan the envelope or cover of any mail you may receive. We will only open the package or envelope and scan the contents if you specifically ask us to. Simply click the ‘Scan’ button on the envelope viewing page and PhysicalAddress.com will deliver a digital copy (e.g., .pdf; .png; .jpg) of any and all documents enclosed.

  • Will PhysicalAddress.com Open My Packages?

    No, we will not open packages unless you ask us to do so. We will only scan the top of any package you send to PhysicalAddress.com.

  • Will I Be Notified If Mail or Packages Are Added To My Inbox?

    Yes, you will receive an email with a link to the scanned envelope or package when a new item has been added to your inbox.

  • How Much Online Storage Does PhysicalAddress.com Provide?

    We provide unlimited storage for your scanned, digital mail. You may keep your virtualized envelopes and content in our system forever-for free! We only charge a small storage fee when you decide to keep the physical copies of your mail with us in long term storage. For more information, please see FAQ number 15.

  • What is Long Term Storage?

    Long Term Storage applies to physical mail that has been in our care for 90 days or more. We offer free physical storage for the first 90 days, but once you have reached the end of the free period, you will have to choose whether you want your physical mail shredded or stored for a longer period. We charge a ‘pay-as-you-use’ fee that is dependent on the Plan you choose during the signup process. For example, the Plan 30 has a long-term storage fee set at $0.25 per envelope, per month.


    The virtualized scans in your PhysicalAddress.com inbox will never be charged. You will have an unlimited amount of storage space in your Virtualized mailbox for free for as long as you stay with us.

  • What Countries Do You Forward Mail To?

  • Can I Change Plans?

    Yes! You may change your plan at any time. Whether you’re switching from a Plan 30 plan to a Plan 300 or a Plan 600 to a Plan 50, we’ll help you through all of the necessary processes.

  • What Happens To My Mail If I Cancel My Plan?

    USPS regulations require us to accept your mail for 6 months after you cancel your account. We’d hate to see you leave, but rest assured that PhysicalAddress.com will help you through the transition by ensuring that each piece of mail will be scanned and uploaded to your account–all for free. But keep in mind that forwarding requests will be additional fees.
